Small-town racism infects a local high school, causing havoc for a star athlete.

Stephan James (Race, Shots Fired, If Beale Street Could Talk) is Mattie, a talented hockey player selected by a top NHL team, but his plans are jeopardized by his hustling brother (Shamier Anderson - Labyrinth, Wynonna Earp, Shots Fired) and the corrosive racial tension at his school.
