The 4 Points area of LA is under siege. Things get dark as two LAPD Detectives investigate the most recent gangland murders.

Gang Violence in Los Angeles is generational. Shane Murphy and Dre Allen grew up in the most violent area of LA called The 4 Points. Losing parents at a very young age, they first meet in their teens as rival gang members. They meet back up as adults, becoming LAPD Detectives and then partners. Pulled from their duties to be a two-man task force to address the rising violence in The 4 Points, things get dark as they investigate the most recent gangland murders. 'Who shot Hard Times?' uncovers the dark and sinister side of gangs, bad cops, and the violence to maintain control of The 4 Points.
